I'm Shane Ram
Truth is, I never had a weight problem.....and that is because all my life I followed some secrets which I will share with you in the Challenge. When my daughter was born I was in a demanding executive role with little time for gym or any prolonged exercise during the week but I managed to maintain my ideal weight and energy through some simple eating habits and 8 minutes of exercising.
Interestingly, my wife at the time was following those eating habits which I was able to later validate as scientific and based on understanding the human system. Now as an Entrepreneur and a 'Be There' dad, time is limited and these same eating and exercising secrets have served me well.
